We will allocate your bank transfer against your invoice so it will no longer be outstanding and no Direct Debit will be taken for that month.
If there is more than a week until your direct debit will be taken, you do not need to do anything.
If there is less than a week but more than 2 days before, please email us on email@example.com and we will not take the direct debit.
If there are less than 2 days until your direct debit will be taken, please call us on 020 3868 7423 and we will work through a refund with you.
