I've accidently made my second payment by bank transfer even though I now have a Direct Debit set up. Will I be charged twice?

Don't panic!

We will allocate your bank transfer against your invoice so it will no longer be outstanding and no Direct Debit will be taken for that month.

If there is more than a week until your direct debit will be taken, you do not need to do anything.

If there is less than a week but more than 2 days before, please email us on billing@lyvly.uk and we will not take the direct debit.

If there are less than 2 days until your direct debit will be taken, please call us on 020 3868 7423 and we will work through a refund with you.
