Why does the amount I pay each month sometimes change?

We take one payment from you every month that covers everything you buy from us.

Although your rent is the same month-to-month, you may have had in room housekeeping, or bought a ticket for an event, or used an additional service that isn't included in your monthly rent.

It will all be broken down line by line in your invoice. If you don't receive this, then do let us know.
