All of our members are selected by our membership committee to ensure that they are right for our community.
However we are not perfect, and there are times where we haven't got it right matching housemates. We want everyone to be happy at Lyvly, and so we try hard to resolve these cases.
If this does happen to you, we would:
- Try and understand the situation from both sides and see if we can help you be happy in your current home
- Offer you mediation if you wanted to try and resolve the relationship
- Let you or your housemate move to another Lyvly home within a month
- Let you or your housemate leave Lyvly in line with your lease

What happens if you choose to move into another Lyvly home?
- As a Lyvly member you are always able to move within the community. If you'd like to find another Lyvly home to live in, let us know and we'll show you what we've got available. We would need 1 month's notice to move you to another Lyvly home.
