Setting up a Direct Debit

Why do I need a Direct Debit?
We need you to create a new Direct Debit mandate to ensure your rent is received and processed by Living Central, otherwise, you will be left in arrears.

How can I do this?


Can you set up my new Direct Debit for me?
Sadly not. We need you to do this yourselves as you are instructing your bank to accept payment requests from us - as you can imagine this isn't something they'd accept from anyone else!

But, I don't have a UK bank account, what do I do?
If you are new to the UK a haven't been able to open a new UK bank account, there are alternatives like Monzo or Revolut that you can utilise. Otherwise please get in touch with us at billing@lyvly.uk to discuss.
