If your dryer isn't drying your clothes properly, there are a few things you can do to try and solve the problem before you contact us.
Firstly, check you aren't overloading the dryer - it should never be more than 3/4 full, otherwise there's not enough room for the clothes to dry.
Secondly, check that the lint trap underneath your dryer is clean. This is the most common reason your clothes may still be damp/wet after a cycle. Cleaning it out is quick and easy and may solve the problem straight away.
If this doesn't help, then please do submit a maintenance issue to us by completing this form
