Incorrect billing

I think there is a mistake on my monthly invoice

Sorry to hear that there might be a mistake on your invoice. Before we raise a ticket for you, can you just double check the following:

  • Unexpected Service charge
    At some of the apartment complexes you can book additional services. If you have utilised any of these spaces or car parking spaces, these will be added to your monthly invoice
  • Maintenance charge
    Occasionally accidents will have happened outside of our normal service delivery. This might involve a maintenance charge. This would always be discussed with you prior to any work being carried out.
  • Moved mid month/moved to another room
    If you have moved in mid month or are moving out mid month, your invoice could be lower than normal.
    If you have moved to another room, mid month you are potentially being charged two different room prices in the same month.
