Incorrect billing

🙀 I think my invoice is wrong!

Oh no! Let’s sort this ASAP. Make sure you double check if any of the following apply to you, and why your invoice might be not what you were expecting

  1. Unexpected service charge: if you’ve booked additional services from your building, for example car parking, this would be added to your invoice
  2. Maintenance charge: this would’ve been discussed with you prior to any work that was carried out outside of your normal service coverage
  3. Moved: if you moved in mid-month, or have moved to another room, this would have an impact on your invoice.
