Who do I contact if something isn't working or is broken in my home?

We know that sometimes things go wrong in your home, and we're here to help.  If something in your home isn't working, or something gets broken, you should let us know as soon as possible so we can help you fix it.

It is worth searching through our FAQs to see if you can solve your issue yourself, as that will be quicker than waiting for us to be able to get to you.
